Newburgh Part Two

Walking in Newburgh was interesting since there were so many old buildings being renovated.

Some of the larger homes have been converted to apartment buildings.

A wide variety of styles.

There was less urban blight than I remembered from years gone by. Even the worst blocks were being cleaned up.

Most of the homes were very well-kept. The town was pretty clean and pleasant to walk around.

The Old Town Cemetery ( 1713 ) is a large park-like space.

Newburgh has the architectural details. This former home of Captain David Crawford is now a museum.
